How to Eradicate Corruption

1.  Severe Punishment

                Severe punishment makes corruptor will think twice to do it.  For examples are seizing the corruptor’s wealth, and put them in jail for a very long time without any remissions.  In China a corruptor will be sentenced to death. Maybe it can be applied in Indonesia, so that the number of corruption in Indonesia can be reduced.

2.  Moral Value for children 

                Children should be taught from a very beginning about how immoral an act of corruption is. Parents and teacher will teach them that it’s a very shameful and will cause a suffering for somebody or kill someone slowly.

3. People’s participation

                People must be participated to fight against corruption. Report if there is something suspicious happen in your district, city or even a small village to authorities like CEC (KPK).

4. Support Independent Institution to fight corruption

                People power does exist, it is proved once when a movement in a social network to support the leaders of Independent Institution to fight corruption who were being criminalized was succeed to free them from people who wanted to put them in jail. We cannot let someone powerful is interfering independent institution like KPK.

5. Leadership

                A fight must need a leader. The President should not only declare the fight but also being firm. A great achievement of a leader like a movement to fight corruption that success will make him/her remembered.
